TASTE OF AFRICA 2026

The 2026 Taste of Africa evening was an unforgettable journey through Africa. Everyone enjoyed a night filled with authentic traditions and language, mesmerizing sights, and mouth-watering culinary delights from this incredible continent.

It was a feast of flavors with dishes like Harissa, Berbere, Baharat, Chakalaka, Peri Peri, and Za’atar. Each bite took you on a sensory adventure, with tastes that were earthy, spicy, warming, smoky, bold, peppery, floral, complex, and vibrant.

The rhythm of Africa was felt with live drumming that stirred the soul. Africa-inspired items and activities showcased the many unique and intriguing aspects of this mighty continent.
